Price Lock-in Guarantee:

active at the time your Observer contract was initiated,

Limitations:
This is a position-holding agreement.
Observers receive high-level progress updates regarding project evolution.
However, it does not include consulting, code access,
or the right to cite RDC in models.
Also, if all three slots of the Initial Partnership
are already filled by the time
the agreement is converted to a full-fledged contract,
you may not be eligible for preferential support.
For the use or citation of RDC theory in non-modeling media, such as academic papers, books, or educational videos, contracts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. For non-commercial projects that significantly contribute to the global understanding or advancement of RDC research, we may grant usage and citation rights free of charge.
We gladly accept support from companies and public organizations that value our RDC research aimed at making accurate climate change projections, even if they do not directly participate in RDC research activities. In return, we will display your organization's logo and link on our website.

Partnership statuses are granted
based on the order of application and a brief review
of the research alignment.
For all contract tiers, once a partnership is established, the institution retains the right to renew for subsequent years at the same annual rate. Unless an extraordinary site-wide revision is required, your research budget is protected from future market price hikes.
For large-scale umbrella organizations, research consortia, or national agencies managing multiple sub-institutes, we offer Comprehensive Institutional Agreements. These allow for organization-wide deployment under a single, unified contract with significant volume discounts compared to individual laboratory licenses. The specific terms will be determined through thorough negotiations with each relevant organization.
